All our childcare staff have or are working towards their NVQ level 3 in childcare and education. We have some NVQ level 4 childcare practitioners as well as 4  SENCo qualified members of staff. 
All our staff attend mandatory training courses which include Safeguarding (DSL safeguarding training for the management team) prevent, FGM, first aid, food safety as well as other relevant courses for their own professional development.
